Investigating Cult TV Series

Investigating Cult TV has been going strong since 2007, offering a fresh forum for discussion and debate about the changing nature of cult television. Books in the series reconsider cult television and its intricate networks of fandom, while also rethinking how cult TV is conceived, produced, programmed and consumed. The aim of the series is to offer an accessible path through the intricacies and pleasures of cult television.

While many of the books in the series have offered a focused analysis on individual shows, the series has begun to move discourses around cult TV away from individual series to broader themes and debates that underpin both classic and contemporary cult television. The series aims to open up new approaches to our understanding of cult, bringing together a wide range of both classic and contemporary cult television from around the world.
